Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Sentinel by Reviewal ("Sentinel" or the "Service"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, with no refund for any paid period.

Sentinel is a compliance monitoring tool designed to help you maintain healthy social media accounts. This AUP exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and useful for everyone. If you are uncertain whether a particular use is permitted, contact us at sentinel@reviewal.team before using the Service in that way.

If you discover a security vulnerability in Sentinel, we ask that you report it to us privately at sentinel@reviewal.team before any public disclosure. We will acknowledge your report within five (5) business days. We do not currently operate a paid bug-bounty program, but we appreciate responsible disclosure and will credit researchers where appropriate.

4. How we enforce this Policy

We take violations of this AUP seriously. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions, in our sole discretion:

Immediate termination without warning applies to egregious violations, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, coordinated fraud, or attacks against Reviewal's infrastructure.

5. Reporting a violation

If you believe another user is violating this AUP, please contact us at sentinel@reviewal.team. Provide as much detail as possible, including the account or user involved and any relevant evidence. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you via the Service. Continued use of Sentinel after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
