What changed

We reviewed every document on this page in September 2026. Corrections that make a description accurate are in effect from 11 October 2026. Changes that affect your rights or obligations take effect on 11 November 2026, at least thirty days after we notify you. We tell you by email and in the app, and if you keep using Sentinel after they take effect, you accept them. Each document lists its own changes at the top.

• The Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement now give the same answer to who controls which data.
• The description of the second AI verification pass now says which scans actually get one.
• The staff access sections now list every administrative action that can change your data.
• A new Copyright Policy sets out how to report infringement and how we handle repeat infringers.
• Consumers in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland get a written 14 day right of withdrawal.
• If we end your subscription for a reason other than your breach, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
• Contacting your card issuer no longer risks your access to Sentinel.
• The arbitration section adds consumer rules, a hearing location, a cost allocation and a 30 day opt out.
• New sections cover early features, fair-use limits, sanctions, and how we obtain data from a connected account.
• We tell you at least 30 days before a material change to the Terms takes effect. If you keep using Sentinel after that, you accept the change.
• The Privacy Policy now lists the emails we send by type, including updates about changes to Sentinel, and every optional email has an unsubscribe link.
